What You'll Do

As a Lube Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining vehicle performance and ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers.

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs efficiently and accurately in line with Cadillac and Lithia standards

Inspect vehicles and identify potential issues or needed services

Complete all work following safety guidelines and best practices

Road test vehicles as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of repairs

Accurately track time and document all work performed, including test results

Maintain and properly use tools, equipment, and shop supplies

Keep your workstation clean, organized, and inspection-ready daily

Ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer in clean, like-received condition

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Stay current on technical bulletins and manufacturer updates

Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership to support customer satisfaction

Uphold professional appearance and dealership standards at all times

Follow scheduled work hours and shop procedures

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Basic automotive knowledge or a strong desire to learn (no prior experience required)

Excellent communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
