The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of facility exteriors by operating and servicing pressure washing equipment. What you'll do:
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, ensuring all tools and disposables are stocked and functional.
Evaluate surfaces to determine appropriate pressure and temperature settings for effective cleaning.
Clean various exterior surfaces including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and trash chutes.
Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment, including oil levels and filter replacements.
Respond to work orders promptly using technology to document and track tasks.
Communicate effectively with facility users to resolve issues and provide customer service.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain work quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
What you'll bring:
Proven ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including pumps, hoses, and nozzles.
Experience conducting safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure and temperature settings for cleaning.
Competence in maintaining inventory, stocking supplies, and installing wear parts on equipment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and facility users.
Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) clearance and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
