Pay or shift range: $19.25 USD to $24 USD

The salary range is based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications and geographic location.

Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll support business customer accounts by handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You'll work closely with a team of 6-8 peers to resolve order, product, pricing, billing, and delivery issues quickly and accurately.

This role acts as a key customer support liaison between sales, warehouse operations, billing, and customers-ensuring a smooth order experience from start to finish.

Location & Schedule

This is an onsite role in our Atlanta, GA (Litha Springs) office, day shift, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

Handle 50-100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).

Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.

Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.

Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer service.

Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.

Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.

Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions to resolve customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.

Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).

Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & CoPilot).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team player with a willingness to cross-train and support others.

Experience with AS400 or similar ERP/order management system preferred.
