What you'll do:
Manage and analyze global payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support payroll administration processes, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and streamline payroll operations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll tax filings and related documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance payroll efficiency.
Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
Utilize payroll systems and tools to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in payroll administration and payroll systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, transactional data, and metadata integration.
Experience with regulatory and ethical requirements related to data privacy, security, and retention.
Ability to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Proficiency in operational excellence practices, including root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support seamless payroll operations.
Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools to enhance payroll processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
