Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Associate to join their team. As a Logistics / Supply Chain Associate, you will be part of the Supply Chain - Assembly & Promotional Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics / Supply Chain Associate

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $25/hr

What's the Job?

Support the execution of promotional assembly and packaging operations across third-party manufacturing and logistics partners.

Maintain inventory health, monitor inventory levels, and support procurement activities to ensure continuous production.

Coordinate shipment schedules and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Assist in planning and executing promotional assembly programs, ensuring projects meet service level agreements and OTIF targets.

Analyze operational reports, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.

Must Have experience with 3PLs, Contracts, Suppliers

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar too

Strong data analystics tools Adavcned Excel/Power BI

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
