Description We are looking for a dependable HR Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis. This position supports daily human resources operations by coordinating administrative tasks, assisting employees and visitors, and helping maintain accurate personnel records. It is a strong opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to build experience in a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily distribution of incoming mail and route materials to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.

Support onboarding for new employees by preparing documentation, assembling welcome materials, and assisting the HR Generalist with pre-employment and start-date activities.

Handle sensitive employee documents with discretion while helping maintain organized and accurate personnel records.

Assist with records management projects by scanning, indexing, and maintaining electronic employee files for easy retrieval and compliance support.

Welcome employees and visitors, provide directions, notify staff of arrivals, and help manage secure office entry.

Capture employee photos for onboarding and assist with setting up employee information within HR and administrative records.

Use tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, HRIS platforms, fax machines, and scanners to complete day-to-day HR support tasks.

Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, including support related to background checks, compliance activities, and other department needs. Requirements - Prior exposure to HR administration, onboarding coordination, or office support work is preferred.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to identify errors and keep records accurate.

Dependable work habits, punctuality, and the ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-focused and approachable communication style with a strong internal customer service mindset.

Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, HRIS systems, and standard office equipment such as scanners and fax machines.

Understanding of HR compliance practices and employment documentation processes is an advantage.
