As a Business Office Coordinator (BOC), you support payroll, human resources, and financial business processes to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and a positive team member experience.

What You'll Do:

Process bi-weekly payroll and manage timekeeping compliance

Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and onboarding documentation

Support recruitment, background checks, and license verifications

Administer benefits and manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims

Complete payroll reconciliations and key business controls

Assist with billing systems, financial reporting, and monthly close tasks

Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs

Track training compliance and performance appraisal records

Partner with leadership on budgeting and expense management

Promote OSHA and safety compliance standards

You play a vital role in ensuring accurate business operations while supporting team members and leaders across the community.

What We're Looking For:

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years business/finance experience and 2+ years HR generalist experience

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
