JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing OperationsManageris responsible forleading the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that enableMarketing tooperateas a scalable, high-performing organization. This role oversees marketing technology, performance measurement, and workflow optimization, while program managing key initiatives such as brand integration for acquisitions.

This position partners across Marketing, Sales, and business functions to drive operational efficiency, improve visibility into performance, and ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives. The manager serves as a central connector across teams, enabling better planning, execution, and delivery of marketing outcomes.

JOB DUTIES:

Marketing Operations & Technology

Own and manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, workflows, and system optimization

Establish andmaintainmarketing data governance, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data quality standards

Partner with Sales Operations to align marketing systems andCRMCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)processes

Measurement & Performance

Develop andmaintaindashboards and reporting to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness

Define and standardize key marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks

Support attribution and pipeline visibility efforts in partnership with Sales and Finance

Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment

Program Management - Brand Integration (Acquisitions)

Lead project management for brand integration ofacquiredcompanies

Coordinate cross-functional teams acrossMarketing,Sales acquired brands, and business units

Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across integration initiatives

Ensure consistent execution of brand transitions, including messaging, website updates, and communications

Cross-Functional Enablement

Serve as a central connector across marketing functions to drive alignment and execution

Partner with Corporate Communications, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to support campaigns and initiatives

Enable improved planning, coordination, and communication across the marketing organization

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to travel up to10%of the time for business purposes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

8+years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related roles

Experience managingHubspotmarketing technology platforms(e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems)

Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance measurement

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or programs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
