PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Sr. Product Leader, Global Nonwovens is responsible for defining and leading the global product strategy for Owens Corning's ceilings portfolio. This role combines strategic ownership of the ceilings category with leadership of a global team of product managers, functioning in a "player-coach" capacity.

This role operates in a highly collaborative B2B ecosystem-where success is driven through value co-creation with customers and deep integration into customer processes and applications. This leader will direct their team to shape and execute a multi-year growth strategy across geographies by working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to jointly define solutions that create differentiated value. They will also partner closely with Roofing Product leadership to align shared processes, technologies, markets, and capabilities where applicable.

Success in this role requires leading a team to cultivate strong cross-functional partnership, deep customer intimacy, and the ability to translate complex, evolving customer needs into actionable product strategies that deliver profitable growth across categories.

Span of Control:

Leads a team of three product managers (individual contributors)

Direct ownership of global ceilings product portfolio, including cross-functional team leadership

High level of cross-functional collaboration with Roofing Strategic Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Science & Technology, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance

Serves as go-to Product strategy leader for Director, Global NW Strategic Marketing and VP General Manager, Global Nonwovens

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Nonwovens Product Team Leadership

Operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on product owner-personally managing critical initiatives while coaching team members to drive impact across product lines

Lead and empower a globally connected team capable of operating effectively across regions, customers, and applications

Provide day-to-day team direction: removing barriers and ensuring delivery against team objectives

Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability across a geographically dispersed team

Develop team to ensure product management acumen with a strong emphasis on customer engagement, market and customer insight, and solution-oriented thinking

Own team execution quality, clarity of work, and nearterm capability building - noting individual gaps or barriers and leaning into coaching and development where necessary

Nurture product culture, team cohesion, and ensure healthy succession across roles

Strategic Category Leadership

Define and own the global ceilings product category strategy, including long-term growth opportunities, innovation roadmap, portfolio optimization, and financial business cases

Drive customer-back innovation through commercial partnership and direct engagement with key accounts, identifying opportunities for co-development and tailored solutions

Lead development of system-level value propositions-ensuring products are designed and positioned as part of broader customer applications and solutions
