Job Description JOB DETAILSPay Rate: $19.50 - $22.50 per hourShift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - FridayDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution Responsible for quality control of finished products Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns Using measuring gauges and tape measures Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials Housekeeping and sanitation Qualifications Physical Stamina and Strength Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Experience in a manufacturing environment is a perfered Experiance in a warehouse environment picking and pulling material perfered Experience with Forklifts perfered Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Physical Stamina and Strength Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Experience in a manufacturing environment is a perfered Experiance in a warehouse environment picking and pulling material perfered Experience with Forklifts perfered Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Additional Information Site Address:6168 State Route 233Rome,NY 13440This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
