JOB REQUIREMENTS: WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a
SAP Data Warehouse Developer and Architect in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin
location. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work
arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office.
This position is part of a job family (IT Applications Analyst and
Senior IT Applications Analyst) where experience will be the determining

lives, this is the place for you. Job Responsibilities Design, develop
and maintain SAP Business Warehouse (BW) data models and ETL processes
to support enterprise Business Objects reporting and analytics and build
reporting, as necessary. Assist with the modernization of legacy BW
solutions into S/4 aligned architectures. Collaborate closely with users
to translate business requirements into technical requirements that can
be developed by developers within the organization. Ensure data quality,
performance and reliability in developed solutions or when supporting
business requests. Provide continuous operational support for the BW
ecosystem and partner with 3rd party support resources. Minimum
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer
Information Systems, MIS, Data Science, Information Science, Engineering
is required. Other bachelor\'s degrees will be considered based on
related IT experience. Successful completion of a certified Application
Development Apprenticeship will also be considered in lieu of a
bachelor\'s degree. 2 years of IT experience Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with SAP BW including data modeling, ETL development
and performance tuning Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA data
structures and modern extraction methods Proven ability to translate
business requirements into scalable models and analytics solutions
