The Legal Department is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support five Directors. This position is full time and performs a variety of administrative duties. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment, working independently and proactively. Typical duties or assignments may include but are not limited to: arranging executive travel and timely completion of expense reports, ensuring executive correspondences are accurate and are grammatically correct, answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures, properly handle and/or label sensitive documents, maintain files, work efficiently with standard desk top software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite) to access LM systems, compose correspondence, create spreadsheets and prepare presentation charts, proactive follow-through on tasks and delegations, respond promptly to emails and phone calls, screen phone calls and inquiries.8 There will be other specific Legal administrative tasks.
The position requires absolute discretion due to privileged information.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with calendar management and meeting support activities
Familiarity with making travel arrangement and expense reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Experience with SharePoint, shared drives, MS Teams and Channels
Ability to solve problems under pressure
Experience in Concur (Travel/Expense reporting
Experience with AI Tools

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,800 - $91,425. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
