US Tiger Securities, Inc. seeks Assistant Vice President in New York, NY, to work with traders and trade support team to process daily recalls, buy-ins, and sell-outs. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Utilizing VBA and Python programming skills to automate the reconciliation, options exercise and assignment processes. Working with Depository Trust Corporation (DTCC) and Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) system operations to process stocks and options clearing and settlement. Working in Broadridge system operations to process corporate actions, reconciliation and brokerage options. Processing option instructions and security deposit to Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). Reconciling cash and position breaks between Broadridge system and Continuous Net Settlement (CNS). Analyzing stock lending contracts and fully-paid shares to resolve DTC deficits and fails. Monitoring and fixing error trades' settlements and clearing caused by exchange outages and vendors. Working with IT and Data Engineering departments to test functions and improve middle-office operation system, such as BOS and ETNA. Working with auditors to prepare auditing documents for annual review based on the understanding of regulatory rules. Processing client's instruction of stock transfers including FOP, DWAC, DRS through DTC and internal transfer through Broadridge system. Processing and reconciling stock loan contract compare breaks caused by corporate action between Loanet and DTC. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
