have an opportunity for a Structural Engineer who is looking to work in
a collaborative team environment, in our Structural group in Milwaukee,
WI. At GRAEF, you will have the opportunity to work with engineers and
architects on a wide variety of project @types throughout the country,
from small to large, and simple to complex. Our engineers work on a
diverse portfolio of impactful projects including healthcare, education,
multi-family, hospitality, recreation, office, and other commercial
developments. Our work spans both new construction and the analysis,
renovation, and adaptive reuse of existing structures, providing team
members exposure to a wide variety of project @types and engineering
challenges. At GRAEF, you will have the opportunity to work alongside

professionally within a respected and growing engineering firm. For the
right candidate, being a member of the GRAEF Structure group will
provide opportunities to: Lead the structural design and analysis of
building projects from concept through construction. Develop structural
systems and technical solutions that balance performance,
constructability, schedule, and project goals. Serve as a primary point
of contact for clients, architects, and contractors. Coordinate
effectively with teams across architecture and engineering disciplines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, schedule,
budget, and deliverable coordination. Prepare and oversee structural
calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
Direct and coordinate BIM modeling and drawing production in Revit.
Mentor and support the development of entry-level and early-career
engineers. Support business development efforts through client
relationship management, proposal development, and project pursuits.
