Description

Requirements - Prior experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.

Solid computer literacy, including comfort with common desktop navigation and basic technical terminology.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong typing speed and accuracy for handling customer communications efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with consistent attention to grammar and spelling.

Ability to remain focused and attentive under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
