As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Route in Middletown, RI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Mon04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Tue04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Wed04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Thur04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or escalating concerns through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.

Support day-to-day operations by maintaining awareness of site protocols, communicating with staff and/or supervisors, and completing required reports with attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
