Description We are looking for an Administrative/Clerical team member to support day-to-day office functions. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, accurate work and can provide dependable administrative assistance to a team or department. The role focuses on maintaining efficient business operations through strong data entry, document preparation, and general clerical support under direct supervision.

Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide administrative assistance to assigned staff or departments by handling routine clerical and office support tasks.

Prepare, format, and revise business documents, reports, and correspondence using word processing tools.

Create and maintain spreadsheets to track information, organize records, and support departmental reporting needs.

Assist with presentation materials and other documents needed for meetings, projects, or internal communications.

Organize files, records, and office information so materials remain current, accessible, and well maintained.

Support daily business operations by completing assigned administrative tasks promptly and following established procedures. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, clerical work, or data entry roles.

Proficiency with common business software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.

Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.

Ability to work effectively under direct supervision while managing routine assignments responsibly.

Solid organizational skills with careful attention to detail and record accuracy.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for handling documents and office correspondence.
