Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations for a home health setting in Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who can keep schedules organized, handle incoming communication effectively, and maintain accurate administrative records. The person in this role will help create a smooth experience for patients, staff, and partners by managing essential coordination tasks with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily administrative activities to support efficient operations within a home health environment.

Answer inbound calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.

Manage calendars for staff and leadership, including arranging appointments, updating availability, and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Organize and maintain schedules for visits, meetings, and other time-sensitive activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Enter and update information in internal records and tracking systems with a high level of accuracy.

Prepare, review, and organize administrative documents to support communication and operational needs.

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing attentive and courteous assistance.

Monitor administrative details and follow up on outstanding items to help keep day-to-day processes on track. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar support-focused role.

Background working in home health, healthcare, or another regulated service environment is preferred.

Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound phone calls with professionalism and clear communication.

Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and maintain organized schedules.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems.
