Bartingale Mechanical is looking for a relationship-driven Service Sales
Professional to help grow preventative maintenance opportunities across
our regional territory. In this role, you will develop new business,
build long-term customer relationships, and help clients identify
service solutions for mechanical, roofing, controls, and other facility
maintenance needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys
meeting with customers, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and
turning opportunities into long-term service partnerships. The ideal
candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable with face-to-face
customer interaction, and motivated by both relationship-building and
sales growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To successfully
perform this role, an individual must be able to carry out each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements outlined below represent
the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the position.

pipeline of preventative maintenance and service agreement
opportunities. Prospect and build relationships with new and existing
commercial and industrial customers. Conduct in-person customer visits,
networking, cold calls/visits, association involvement, and
lunch-and-learn presentations. Partner with internal teams to identify
leads, evaluate customer needs, and develop service solutions.
Coordinate and complete customer site surveys for HVAC, mechanical, and
other related facility systems. Prepare and present professional
customer proposals, clearly communicating scope, value, pricing, and
next steps. Follow up with customers to answer questions, address
concerns, and secure signed agreements. Maintain accurate records of
leads, opportunities, customer interactions, proposals, and account
activity in CRM systems. Track sales activity, proposals, forecasts,
customer visits, and progress toward assigned goals. Build strong
relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor for their
facility maintenance needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Required
