Entry-Level Manufacturing Roles - Hiring Now in Plymouth, MA

Location : Plymouth, MA

Pay Range : $17.50 - $19.50/hour

Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Experience Required : None, training provided

Aerotek is hiring for multiple entry-level manufacturing positions in Plymouth. These roles offer hands-on experience in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Open Positions Include:

Production Associate (Racker)

Wire and fixture parts onto racks for cleaning, plating, and coating

Read instructions and ensure correct part orientation

Count and inspect parts, maintain equipment, and meet daily quotas

Etching Technician (Etcher)

Operate chemical etching tanks to create ultra-precise features on metal components

Measure product conformance and record production data

Monitor chemical solutions and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Photo Etch Inspector

Inspect parts using microscopes and gauges

Remove parts from sheets and prepare for shipment

Document measurements and report quality concerns

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
