Hand Assembly Associate (Entry Level)

?? Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hand Assembly Associates . In this role, you will assemble medical devices using a needle and thread in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Assemble medical devices using hand tools, including needle and thread.

Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Follow written and verbal work instructions.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

Good attention to detail and focus.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
