We're partnering with a growing consumer products company that's expanding its Customer Experience team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll become a trusted resource for customers by providing timely support, resolving questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and online customer inquiries

Assist customers with orders, product information, returns, and account updates

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Administrative Responsibilities

Update customer records within CRM software

Process orders, returns, and service requests

Track customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation

Assist with special projects and reporting as needed

Requirements

2+ years of customer service, administrative, or call center experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
