We are looking for a friendly, dependable Administrative Assistant to support the RDO Field Support Office. This role is the first point of contact for guests, customers, and team members and helps keep daily office operations running smoothly through reception, visitor support, mailroom duties, supply coordination, and general administrative support.

At the Fargo Field Support Office, you'll work alongside knowledgeable, collaborative partners who support teams across the company. Greet and assist guests, customers, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage reception desk duties, including phone calls, visitor check-in, temporary badges, and parking access.

Support daily mailroom operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and tracking.

Maintain office and first-aid supplies and help keep shared work areas organized.

Assist with administrative projects, data entry, scanning, and other office support needs as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist employees, visitors, and customers in a professional manner.

Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to office needs.

Experience with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment such as copiers, mail meters, and shipping systems preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well with others, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed

Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
