Our Recruiter is accountable for:

Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets

Managing up to 30 open requisitions with competing priorities for multiple clients; demonstrating strong organization and flexibility to pivot as business needs change

Delivering exceptional customer service, including handling walk-in candidates and collaborating with branch staff and hiring managers

Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)

Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.

Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners

Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency

Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm

Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction

Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios

Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $24.66 - $32.88 per hour . Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
