Adecco is partnering with Nestlé to recruit dedicated Food Production Operators for their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and work with raw ingredients to assemble and package products efficiently and safely.

Ensure all products meet quality standards through diligent quality control checks.

Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Assist in meeting production goals during assigned shifts while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

No previous experience needed; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Machine operation experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment, with the flexibility to work in varying temperatures.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a physically demanding environment.

Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Ability to operate on a rotating schedule (either first or second shift), which will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay Details: $16.20 to $18.20 per hour
