Adecco is currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers in El Cajon, CA ! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. We are seeking candidates with high mechanical aptitude , excellent attention to detail , and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

Perform wire preparation tasks, including cutting, stripping, and coiling with precision

Assemble small components using tools such as tweezers, microscopes, and other assembly equipment

Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and quality standards

Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical assembly processes

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and delicate components

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Minimum of 6 months of soldering experience preferred

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
