Position Highlights:

Competitive pay starting at $20.00 - $21.50/hour , with weekly pay.

Immediate start with comprehensive training provided-no prior experience needed!

Opportunity for full-time hire by KitchenAid Global in less than six months.

Benefits begin the month after 30 days of employment, including dental, vision, pet insurance, and 401(k).

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating on a moving conveyor-style production line to assemble and install parts.

Crating and packaging finished products in a manufacturing setting.

Following safety protocols and detailed instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.

Participating in a skills assessment to determine departmental placement, with a practice period to ensure readiness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Entry-level position-training and ongoing support provided.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must pass a skills assessment administered on Day 2 of orientation to confirm readiness for specific departments.

Shift Options:

First Shift: 5:50 AM - 3:00 PM, $20.00/hour

Third Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM, $21.50/hour (training on first shift for 2 weeks required)

Additional Benefits:

Paid weekly from week 1 of training.

Free continued education through Penn Foster, including HSED/GED.

Referral bonus of $100 for referring friends and family.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
