Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler 1st Shift to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the production department, you will support the assembly of high-quality products for renowned brands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

Assemble parts and components into complete units or subassemblies using hand and power tools

Operate assembly equipment and ensure proper placement of components into machinery

Inspect in-process and finished products to identify and address defects

Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals efficiently

Accurately complete production and quality documentation to maintain compliance

What's Needed?

1-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Basic math, reading, and computer skills

Ability to interpret work instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions

Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted regularly
