As NTi's Cost and Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and integrity, driving transparency, and performance by owning key finance processes, ensuring high-quality ERP data, and providing actionable insights to management, while continuously improving efficiency through standardization, automation, and process enhancement. Please note: This position will require access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls. U.S. person or ITAR export license required
In a typical day, your expertise:
Owns key financial processes related to revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, inventory, intercompany transactions, and selected balance sheet accounts.
Supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process through reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, controls, and documentation
Ensures high data quality and integrity in the ERP system through transaction reviews, master data follow-up, control activities, and improvement initiatives
Performs cost, margin, and variance analyses to explain business performance and identify operational and financial improvement opportunities
Develops, maintains, and automates dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reports to support decision-making across Finance and Operations
Monitors inventory movements, valuation, and related controls, and contributes to physical counts, reconciliations, and inventory-related analyses as relevant
Collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, Production, and other business functions to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial decision support
We're thrilled to find candidates with:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Relevant experience within finance, accounting, controlling, cost accounting, or financial analysis; 3-5 years' experience preferred
Demonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, controls, and financial documentation
Experience with financial processes related to revenue, inventory, cost of goods sold; experience with profitability follow-up preferred
Strong analytical skills, including cost analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and interpretation of business drivers, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environment
Experience with ERP systems, data management, and reporting tools; strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards/KPI reporting
Experience collaborating across Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and other business functions in a dynamic environment
