1st Shift Options:

4 x 10 schedule (Monday-Thursday) OR

4 x 9 schedule (Monday-Thursday) plus 4 hours on Friday

Available Start Times:

4:30 AM

5:00 AM

5:30 AM

6:00 AM

6:30 AM

Pay : Up to $26/hr (BOE)

Job Summary:

You'll run CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components that power real-world applications-all while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits your life.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines

Set up jobs, load materials, and adjust tooling as needed

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications

Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
