Certified Personal Trainer / Member Coach (Part-Time) Anytime Fitness - Carver, MA Help People Change Their Lives Do you have a passion for fitness and enjoy motivating others to become the best version of themselves? At Anytime Fitness, we're looking for an energetic, personable Part-Time Personal Trainer / Member Coach who loves helping people succeed. This is more than a training position-you'll coach, motivate, build relationships, and create an exceptional member experience every day. Whether you're an experienced trainer or just beginning your fitness career, we'll provide the support and tools you need to grow. What You'll Do Conduct fitness consultations and movement assessments Design individualized workout programs Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training sessions Coach and motivate members toward their health and fitness goals Build strong relationships that improve member retention Introduce members to additional training programs and services Assist with new member on-boarding and orientations Help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment Qualifications Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer certification (ISSA, NASM, NPTI, ACSM) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Passion for health, fitness, and helping others Positive, outgoing personality Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Sales or customer service experience is a plus Schedule Part-Time 12 scheduled hours per week Additional hours available based on training appointments and club needs.
