Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
Shift: Rotating shift schedule 7:20am-7:30pm & 7:20pm-7:30am; 3 on days - 1 off - 3 on nights - 3 off and 4 on days, then 1 week off

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:
Troubleshooting equipment, identifying root causes, and taking corrective action to resolve problems
Recognizing quality issues, making adjustments to ensure excellent product quality
Performing general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and process consistency
Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed production targets
Handling materials, including proper packaging and labeling of products
Repairing breaks and splicing ends throughout the creel and production line
Inspecting splices in fiber and setting up fiber paths from creel to winding using production forms
Working around mechanical machinery and adhering to safety protocols
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have proven experience in a manufacturing or production technician role
Possess strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Are comfortable working around mechanical machinery and on a rotating shift schedule
Have a good work ethic and understand the importance of reliable attendance
Have experience with material handling and an understanding of production processes
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
