What's a typical day as a Project Control Specialist? You'll be:

Lead all project controls functions including scheduling, cost forecasting, and progress measurement throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare, maintain, and analyze detailed project estimates and forecasts; ensure accuracy in corporate outlook models and cash flow projections.

Coordinate and provide guidance on contract oversight, compliance, and document management systems (e.g., Unifier).

Interface closely with project teams, corporate finance, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data management.

Identify project risks early, monitor performance indicators, recommend solutions, and develop action plans to support construction efforts.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree in business, technical, engineering, construction, project management, or related field.

Prior experience in project controls for major projects, including cost and resource-loaded scheduling.

Hands-on expertise with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software and earned value management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve moderately to highly complex project problems.

Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and agency interaction.
