Kelly® is seeking an Entry-Level Production Operator (Pick and Pack) to join a premier fruit manufacturing and distribution client in Edwardsville, KS. This is an excellent temp-to-hire long-term opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build their career!

Snapshot:

Location: Edwardsville, KS

Pay Rate: $17.51/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM - NO Weekends!

Duration: Excellent temp-to-hire opportunity!

What does a typical day look like?

Operate production equipment for processing and packaging fruit products-pick and pack

Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards

Assist with quality checks and ensure correct product handling

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at times

Collaborate as part of a team to meet production goals

Job Specific Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of recent manufacturing experience required

Prior food manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to work Mon-Fri, 3 PM-11:30 PM

Strong attention to detail and eager to learn

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Benefits:
