Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (40-hour work week; occasional evenings/weekends as needed).

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour.

Type: Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and business needs).

Location/Environment: Warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Fill orders, cut wire/pipe, and operate hydraulic wire-cutting machines.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts (Reach, Sit-down, Stand-up) and use RF scanners.

Logistics & Maintenance: Load/unload freight trucks, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and follow inventory best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Physical: Ability to repetitively lift and pull heavy objects (50+ lbs.).

Attendance: Reliable, punctual, on-site attendance is critical.

Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, safety awareness, and a proactive desire to learn.

Dress Code & Safety: Casual attire (avoid loose clothing). Safety toe shoes are strictly required
