Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a School Nurse to provide 1:1 nursing services for a student at a local school district for ESY and next school year in West Philadelphia.
Must be able to do ESY and the 26/27 school year.
ESY is 7/6/2026-8/6/2026, Monday-Thursday; 5.5 hours/day
School year is full-time, Monday through Friday

This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility.
Kelly Pediatric Therapy provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.
School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.
Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide school health nurse services and primary care services to students
Evaluate and treat individual physical conditions of students and refer to appropriate resources as needed
Conduct health assessments (history, screenings, findings)
Provide instruction in the maintenance of good health and disease prevention
Promote and assist in the control of communicable diseases
Interpret health status of students to parents and school personnel
Maintain student health data/files
Monitor compliance of school health program with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies
Assist with mandated reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)
