Kelly Services has partnered with a premier manufacturing company that is located in South Deerfield, MA.

Job Type: Temporary (3-Month Assignment)

About the Role

In this role, you will support procurement operations by purchasing materials and supplies to meet monthly production requirements, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement and administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Buyers.

Maintain ERP system data for new vendors and products.

Monitor orders with vendors; expedite deliveries as needed

Contact vendors, track orders, update the data base

Reconcile inventory and invoices to resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate vendor shipments to support monthly production schedules.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and relevant laws and regulations.

Uphold ethical purchasing practices and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Assist other buyers and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.

Strong analytical and math skills.

Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

SAP or any other ERP system

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; good typing abilities.

Pay for this Buyer position is 27-32 based on experience

Hours for this Buyer position 7:30am- 4pm or 8am -4:30pm
