JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Safely operate a tractor-trailer to comply with DOT regulations and company policies, ensuring timely and secure delivery of products. - Accurately complete required documentation, including logs, trip reports, inspection reports, monthly summaries, returns, and credit slips, to maintain regulatory compliance and provide accurate operational records. - Deliver the correct quantity of product and obtain accurate signatures on bills of lading or invoices to confirm successful deliveries and maintain proper accountability for all shipments. - Collect payments from COD customers and return them to the proper location to ensure secure handling of company funds and maintain financial accuracy. - Assist with fueling tractors and trailers and submit fuel receipts upon return to support vehicle readiness, maintain accurate expense records, and ensure operational efficiency. - Move products efficiently using appropriate equipment to maintain the flow of goods and support timely deliveries while preventing damage or delays. - Load and unload freight safely and accurately to ensure deliveries are completed on schedule and product handling remains accurate. - Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and other delivery equipment safely to move products efficiently while reducing risk of damage or injury. - Provide courteous and professional customer service to build positive relationships and enhance the company\'s reputation with clients. - Follow management direction, including completing additional or adjusted routes when required to support operational needs and ensure that all deliveries are completed efficiently. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Valid Class A Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL) we do offer schooling if you would like to obtain your CDL - Ability to pass a DOT-certified physical exam and maintain a current DOT Medical Examiner\'s Certificate (Fed Med card) to meet federal safety standards. - Clean driving record with no serious moving violations that disqualify the driver from operating commercial vehicles. - Compliance with DOT regulations including maintaining a valid Fed Med card and adhering to hours-of-service rules. - Ability to operate a tractor-trailer, hand carts, and pallet jacks safely. - Ability to read and comprehend instructions, complete required paperwork, and communicate effectively with management and customers. - Must be reachable during delivery routes for safety and operational communication. - Customer Service Orientation ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: PO Box 437 Greenville, WI 54942 E-Mail a Rsum: nicolettes@valleybakers.com Apply Online: https://recruitingbypaycor.com/career/JobIntroduction.action?clientId=8a7883c695f853900195fd00b9840216&id=8a78879e9b137690019b519249976830&source=&lang=en Other: VALLEY BAKERS COOP ASSN W6470 QUALITY DRIVE P.O.
