As a Security Officer Visitor Management in Ontario, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy retail distribution location where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support access control procedures while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.

Monitor and control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, checking visitor logs, issuing passes, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Support receiving and shipping access procedures by monitoring truck arrivals, directing drivers and visitors, and following location protocols for restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
