What you will be doing?

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Program Director and department heads in assisting with the office and clerical needs for the staff at BriteLife Recovery. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant facilitates and maintains effective communication with clients, families, and BriteLife Recovery staff as receptionist.

What tasks are required?

Serves as in-take person and/or administrative contact .

Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.

Forwards invoices and facility mail for timely processing.

Prepares, processes, and files documents.

Maintains office supplies and inventories.

Runs reports as necessary.

Various projects for departments and leadership team.

Maintains confidentiality of all information.

Assit with creation of Monthly Newsletter

Able to perform duties in high stress situations with ease and confidence

Performs other duties as assigned.

What we need from you?

Job Type: Full Time

High School Diploma plus

Two years of experience in administrative office work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. (preferred)
