Construction Worker - Immediate Hiring (Aerotek)

Job Overview

Aerotek is hiring immediately for Construction Workers to support operations in a precast yard/production environment. This role involves general labor, assisting with concrete work, and supporting construction activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and assembling forms for concrete

Support concrete work (preparation, pouring, and cleanup)

Perform general labor tasks on-site

Use basic hand and power tools

Lift, carry, and move construction materials

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

Requirements

Entry-level candidates are welcome

Basic construction or hands-on labor experience preferred

Ability to use hand and power tools

Comfortable with physical work and lifting

Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with concrete or form building

Basic carpentry skills

Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)

Team-player attitude

Work Environment

Outdoor construction yard

Physically active role

Exposure to weather and heavy materials

Team-based environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
