Description We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead daily support operations for a Contract position based in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who can guide a customer service team, maintain high service standards, and ensure efficient call center performance. The successful candidate will balance hands-on customer support with team leadership, helping drive consistent service quality and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day activities of the customer service team to support productivity, service quality, and response time goals.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to representatives to strengthen team effectiveness and customer interactions.
Monitor call center workflows and staffing needs to help ensure smooth operations throughout each shift.
Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism, working toward prompt and practical solutions.
Review service metrics and team performance data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
Promote strong customer care practices by reinforcing service expectations and accountability across the team.
