Job Summary
Direct/supervise administrative and department services on the Provider Support Team in the Department of OBGYN . Lead staff and delegate duties which may include meeting planning/facilitation, accounting support, payroll, training, small projects, and various 'back office' functions. Implement procedures and policies while overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of team operations. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Field and answer team member questions about scheduling/message management/Epic/Qgenda.
Lead out on basic projects related to patient scheduling and templates under manager's direction.
Help facilitate refresher trainings and team huddles with the OBGYN Provider Support Team.
Help with new hire onboarding and training.
Build and maintain tip sheets and workflows for the OBGYN Provider Support Team.
Manage team time off requests/ UKG timecard work. Help with coverage planning across the team for time off.
Manage P-Card approvals that come through Concur for purchases the administrative team members have made.

Direct/Manage/Supervise administrative and office services. Lead staff and delegate office duties which may include meeting planning, accounting support, reception, payroll, facilities, maintenance, supply management, and various back office" functions. Implement procedures and policies while overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of office operations. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain daily and weekly reports and submit to appropriate personnel. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. May be responsible for managing office budget, contract/price negotiations with office vendors, and serving as general point person. Coordinates and leads daily team activities. May spend a portion of time performing the work of those they supervise. Assists with management decisions and activities. Working knowledge of team function within the organization.
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree.
This is a Supervisor-Level position in the Management track.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
