We're looking for aHousing Finance Specialist 1,2 or 3 to join our team. If you are knowledgeable of MS Office and are proficient in writing, analyzing financial reports, and interpreting policies and cost principles, this may be a great opportunity for us.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in housing finance or compliance programs, housing management, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Assures that Subgrantees are in compliance with federal and state policies and procedures by review and analysis.
Evaluate and process cost allocation plan/budgets/budgets revisions to ensure compliance with acceptable budgeting and accounting principles, as well as program policies and cost principles.
Respond timely to Subgrantees and client issues, questions, and complaints.
Conducts on site monitoring review of programs to ensure compliance with local, state and federal guidelines.
Coordinates the assignment of referrals for participant case management.
Maintains records, reports, and manages correspondence related to the assigned programs.
Participates in appeals by clients and/or Subgrantees and represent LHC at hearings.
