Marketing Comms Analyst

Description We are looking for a Marketing Comms Analyst to support campaign execution and content development for a Long-term Contract position based in St Paul, Minnesota. This role focuses on creating compelling social media materials, coordinating direct mail initiatives, and gathering market intelligence that helps shape outreach strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of creative production, vendor coordination, and analytical thinking to keep marketing efforts organized and effective.

Responsibilities:

Develop branded social media content using Canva and tailor messaging for various digital channels

Plan and coordinate direct mail projects, including scheduling, print production follow-up, and communication with external vendors

Manage project timelines for marketing deliverables to help campaigns launch accurately and on schedule

Research competitor activity, messaging, and market trends to provide actionable insights for the team

Organize and maintain marketing materials, campaign details, and performance information for ongoing reference

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine promotional content and ensure consistency across communications

Support CRM and digital marketing activities by helping prepare audience-facing materials and campaign assets Requirements Innovation starts with people.®
