Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Painter to join their team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality finishes and ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully with the organization's standards and values.

Job Title: Industrial Painter

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Pay Range: $20 to $23

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.

Apply paint, coatings, or finishes to industrial equipment and structures using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Inspect finished work for quality and consistency, making necessary touch-ups or corrections.

What's Needed?

Basic knowledge of painting techniques and safety procedures.

Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to industrial painting.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and standards.

Credential requirements: 100037, 100035.
