Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a hospitality-focused environment in Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace while handling a variety of clerical and front-desk responsibilities. The role requires strong communication skills, accuracy with administrative tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a well-organized setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception experience.

Respond to incoming phone calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information when needed.

Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as filing documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office records.

Enter and update data in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate day-to-day office workflows to help ensure smooth administrative operations across the team.

Maintain organized records and documentation so information is easy to access and up to date.

Support general receptionist functions, including monitoring shared spaces and assisting with routine office needs. Requirements TalentMatch®
