Senior Field Supply Chain Specialist
Qualifications:
SAP Expertise: Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on SAP experience, with deep specialization in SAP Global Label Management (GLM) and SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) within production landscapes.
Solution Delivery: Demonstrated success in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP GLM solutions end-to-end-including label generation, WWI, and regulatory content management.
Regulatory Experience: Extensive background in the chemical industry or similarly regulated sectors; strong familiarity with GHS, REACH, SDS authoring, and hazard communication requirements.
Project Ownership: Proven capability to manage the complete delivery lifecycle-from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Problem Solving: Adept at troubleshooting and resolving production issues, addressing data inconsistencies, and correcting label generation errors independently.
SAP Integration Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP data models and integrations, particularly related to EHS, Material Master (MM), and logistics processes (SD/MM).
Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand existing SAP landscapes, assess system gaps, and deliver pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and/or ambiguous contract environments.
Documentation & Quality Focus: Strong skills in functional documentation, test script development, and UAT management, with an emphasis on quality and compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business SMEs, regulatory affairs, IT stakeholders, and third-party vendors in a global setting.
Tech Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) for reporting, analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
Responsibilities:
As an SAP GLM Specialist within Qnity's Supply Chain Data organization, you will play a key role in supporting Global Label Management and SAP EHS initiatives. This hands-on position focuses primarily on Business Integration Testing (BIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the generation and meticulous validation of label outputs across SAP environments. You will leverage your advanced GLM/WWI expertise to uphold labeling accuracy, compliance, and superior quality in system deliveries. Collaboration with global stakeholders, comprehensive documentation, and rapid issue resolution will be critical as you operate within a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Additional Information:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field required.
Work hours may vary based on testing cycles; flexibility and potential hour reductions will be discussed during interviews.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
