Summary The incumbent has responsibility for all aspects of domestic and foreign Temporary Duty(TDY) Travel to include Local Travel Donated Travel, Detail Travel, and Limited Open Travel Authorization(LOTA). Customers include Augusta VHA & CBOCs. Incumbent serves as Electronic Travel System(ETS) System Administrator and manages a variety of day-day activities of the employee travel program. Responsibilities Duties to include but not limited to: Serves as Agency Organization Program Coordinator for the government travel charge card program. Monitors cardholder transactions to ensure travelers follow guidelines and regulations for use of the Individually Billed Account(IBA) Researches is done to find discrepancies with misuse of travel card and take corrective actions Serves as approver and responsible for monthly reconciliation of their Centrally Billed Account(CBA) in accordance with regulations Incumbent serves as liaison between TMC and travelers in a permanent change of station(PCS) to ensure CBA number is provided and utilized upon ticketing. Prepares monthly reports to AFO and Executive leadership on past due transactions and is able to brief in executive meetings Prepares travel authorizations in accordance with approved travel requests Responsible for categorizing alternate station funded travel Arrange airfare, hotel, rental car reservations when applicable Performs audits on all expense reports Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
