As a Security Officer - Medical Center in Mangonia Park, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication. Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and direct patients, staff, and guests to appropriate areas when needed.

Assist with addressing security-related concerns in patient care and public areas while maintaining professionalism, awareness, and clear communication during routine and unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Hospital vaccines are required.

Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
